History
Komárom Megyei Nyomda Vállalat, the predecessor of Komáromi Nyomda és Kiadó Ltd. was founded on 31 March 1952. The state-owned county corporation was made a company in 1992 and was bought by Hungarian private investors at the end of that year in. After pivatization production was geographically concentrated in the town Komárom, therefore the newspaper press of Tatabánya was also relocated in Komárom. The buildings emptied during this process are still in the property of our company, they are being leased for profit.
Komáromi Nyomda és Kiadó Ltd. Deals with both press and publishing activities, and is a medium sized enterprise. The main goal set in our business policy is to serve our customers by keeping exact deadlines, providing high quality at the lowest possible prices.
As recognition of quality projects we received the ISO 9001:2000 certificate in 1999. Our wide and ever expanding clientele is the evidence of the high quality of our services. As a press we make colour journals, irka-bonded , glue bonded periodicals, spiral-bonded products. Our activity as publisher covers 72 table, wall and pocket diaries, writing-books, the Komárom-Esztergom Megyei Hírlap and other colour advertising publications.
